Solace

Solace is a third person ARPG set in the midst of a deadly world war. As a Spellblade, your communion with the Four Elementals allows you to control the powers of Fire, Water, Wind, and Lightning.

Use your power to push through the front line and take down the enemy forces. 

** This is a prototype and not a full game. This is a side project created while studying in school.

All systems are in place and contains 1 Level and Boss Battle.
Level gaining is accelerated for demo purposes.

Features

• Elemental Stances: Each stance has its own unique advantage in battle. Swap between stances to combine attacks and unleash your full potential.
  
  
• Teleporting: With the power and speed of lightning, teleport to explore and in battle to escape deadly attacks in a pinch.
  
  
• Ability Enhancement: Collect materials to upgrade your abilities to give them new effects and strengthen their power.
  
  
• Enemy Formations: Groups of enemies will devise ways to combine their abilities to create a more complicated attack for the player to dodge.

• Fixed issues with Priority Target system
• Changed enemy hit reactions for better combat feeling
• Changed feedback during attacks
  • Camera shake is more subtle
  • Removed the slow effect on the player during hits. Changed to a quick hit-stop
  • Changed visuals on hits depending on stance

  • Enemies now have lower health. Fixing an enemy AI issue allowed the addition of more enemies within the level.

• Added a knockdown animation when enemies are damaged with a critical hit
